Information We Collect

When you request a quote or book a ride, we collect:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, flight number, passenger count, luggage count, and any notes you provide
• Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we do not store your card number on our servers

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for adults booking transportation.

How We Use Your Information

• To schedule and provide your transportation service
• To send booking confirmations and pickup reminders
• To track your flight status so your driver can adjust for delays
• To communicate with you about your reservation
• To improve our service and respond to feedback

Third-Party Services We Use

To operate our booking system, we share limited information with the following service providers, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Stripe — securely stores your card and charges your fare on ride day
• Google Maps — provides address autocomplete and route calculation
• Google Calendar — schedules your pickup internally
• AviationStack — provides live flight status for your booked flight number
• Google Ads — measures whether ad campaigns led to a completed booking. So that a booking can be matched to the ad that led to it, your email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible code (a one-way hash) inside your own browser before they are sent. Google does not receive them in readable form
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads led to a completed booking, using a tracking pixel on our site. The pixel records pages you visit here and whether you completed a booking; it does not receive your name, email address or phone number

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and browser storage to remember your in-progress booking as you move through checkout, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tracking to measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent the booking form from working correctly.

Data Retention

We retain booking records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

Your Choices

• You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• You may request correction or deletion of your information
• You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link, without affecting transactional emails related to an active booking

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure payment processing through Stripe, to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
